The Quote:

Following our discussions Clean Cut Catering Catering will provide you with a written quotation. Your quotation will detail all that is to be included and the services that are to be provided. Your quotation will remain valid until your event date.

Payment Terms:

Immediate payment is usually required upon confirmation of order unless otherwise agreed previously.

Payment by Credit Card: Please send a mobile number to info@cleancutcatering.co.uk and we will return a payment link for settlement purposes.

Payment by BACS: Please request bank detail.

Delivery:

Clean Cut Catering operate a free delivery service within 2 miles of Post Code B77 1BW. Thereafter, delivery is calculated on the following basis:

  • Up to 2 miles – Free of Charge
  • Order value more than £50 – Your delivery is Free of Charge subject to a max. of 8 miles.

The following charges apply to all orders under £50.00

  • Between 2 miles and 5 miles £6.00
  • Between 5 miles and 8 miles £8.00
  • Over 8 miles please phone for a quotation

Business Accounts:

We are happy to set up a business account for corporate customers. Please contact us for further details however, business account slots are currently full.

Cancellation:

Cancellations can only be accepted by giving a minimum of 24 hours notice. Should you the client cancel a confirmed booking then any payments made will be refunded only at the discretion of Clean Cut Catering.  In the event of inclement weather, Clean Cut Catering reserve the right to cancel any confirmed booking at short notice.

Platters and General Packaging:

We ask for the return of platter trays, lids, plastic bowls etc.  Please retain on site and we’ll arrange to collect at a time to suit you.

Choice of Fillings: 

The choice of fillings will be restricted to 4 choices when ordering for 10 or less. For bookings of over 10 we will be pleased to increase the number of fillings to Six.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease – please speak to a member of our team about the ingredients in your food and drink before you order. Please do not order if you cannot get the allergy information you need.
